IB Physics Tutor Online — One to One, HL & SL
One-to-one online IB Physics tuition, HL and SL, with a full-time specialist tutor in Budapest. Time slots across Asia, the Gulf, Africa and Europe.
Teaching across schools rather than inside one turns out to have an advantage. I see the same topic taught several different ways each year, and I see where each of those ways tends to leave students stuck. The notes and exercises on this site came directly out of that — they are the materials my own students work from.
Who I usually work with
- HL and SL students in DP1 and DP2
- Students who handle the maths but lose marks on Paper 2 extended response
- Students starting an IA and unsure whether their research question will survive contact with real data
- Students retaking, or arriving into IB from IGCSE, Gymnasium or AP and finding the jump steep
How sessions work
- 60 or 90 minutes, weekly or fortnightly
- Every session ends with a short set of questions on what we covered. Reading a topic can feel clear; working the questions is what tells you it is
- I mark the work and comment on it before the next session
- Everything on this site is included, and I write extra questions where a student needs them

I teach from Central European Time, which puts a normal working afternoon here in the evening almost everywhere the IB is taught:

Fees
€70 per 60-minute session, invoiced monthly. Payment by SEPA transfer, Revolute or card.
